Website terms and conditions

Last updated: September 22, 2026

This website is operated by Dr. Francisco Javier Piri Sarmiento (the "practice"). By using it, you accept these terms.

1. Informational purpose

The information on this site and its blog is for informational and educational purposes. It is not a medical consultation, diagnosis or treatment indication, and does not replace in-person evaluation by a healthcare professional. For questions about your case, book a consultation.

2. No promised outcomes

No treatment is indicated without individual evaluation. Fertility treatment outcomes depend on medical factors specific to each person and couple; the practice does not guarantee pregnancies or results. Any figures mentioned in consultation are explained in context and are not a promise.

3. Professional identification

Dr. Francisco Javier Piri Sarmiento · Physician, professional license 8702932 · OB-GYN specialty license 10757075 · Subspecialty in Human Reproductive Biology, license 12486577. Licenses can be verified in the Mexican Ministry of Education's national registry (SEP).

4. Contact and questionnaire

The questionnaire and WhatsApp buttons are a way to start contact with the practice. Answers are not stored on the site; they become a message you choose to send. The practice replies during office hours and does not handle emergencies through this channel: in a medical emergency go to the nearest emergency service.

5. Financing and payments

The practice does not sell treatments online. Quotes are provided after medical evaluation. Financing options (Mend for patients in Mexico, heva for international patients) are third-party services with their own terms, requirements and approval; the practice is not involved in that credit assessment.

6. Intellectual property

Texts, images, brand and design on this site belong to the practice or are used under license. You may share links to the content; reproducing it for commercial purposes without written permission is not allowed.

7. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party sites (financing platforms, official registries, laboratories). The practice is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

8. Privacy

Your data is processed under the Privacy Notice published on this site.

9. Changes and governing law

The practice may update these terms; the current version is the one published on this page with its date. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute is submitted to the competent courts of Tijuana, Baja California.
